Commissioner Shell celebrates February

as Lamb Month in Kentucky


Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture Jonathan Shell, center, signs a proclamation declaring February as Lamb Month in Kentucky Tuesday, Feb. 6 at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture in Frankfort. Joining Commissioner Shell were members of the Kentucky Sheep and Goat Development Office, sheep producers, and two young members of the Sunshine Class, which allows special needs children to show lambs.
