2022 Benefit Resources
Effective January 1st, 2022, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts will be administered through Voya (previously administered through Discovery Benefits/WEX). Please review the attached 2022 Benefits Resource Guide for a list of our benefit vendors and contact information for the 2022 plan year. Happy New Year!
PTO Policy Update

The past year has once again proven that our people are the key to success for Norco. As we continue to evolve and adapt, this includes changing policy and practice to provide continued support for our Employee Owners that drive long-term success. One of these changes is to our Paid Time Off Policy. 
 
Please review the updated Paid Time Off Policy for more information. Notable changes include:
• Eliminating the rollover cap of 168 hours - replaced with a higher PTO ceiling of 232 hours.
• Moving forward, once the cap of 232 hours is reached, PTO accrual will stop until the balance falls below the cap. Then accrual will resume.
• Edits to clarify language
• Minor changes to the payout section.
2022 AllyHealth/Telehealth
Norco has partnered with AllyHealth for Telehealth services! With AllyHealthy, you and your family will be able to see doctors and pediatricians from the comfort of your home. Effective January 1st, this benefit will be available to ALL employees and dependents enrolled on one of the medical benefits plans for 2022. Click here for more information.
