Every family is in a different position, and we ask only that you prayerfully consider your pledge for next year. It takes money to keep “us” going each year; our pledges allow us to fund small group ministries, Sunday services, formation, caring for our church gardens and our campus, as well as social justice work. Consider the financial commitment we as a church need to make to our ministries, our staff, and our campus:
- Our beautiful campus helps define us, allowing us to praise God and grow in grace. We endeavor to use every brick, board, and corner of our property to do God’s work. The costs to power and maintain this incredible property continue to rise due to the pressures of inflation.
- Our talented, caring, and dedicated staff enables all we do as a church community. We need to be mindful of them in these challenging times.
- Our ministry partners support some of the most vulnerable people. These people feel the impact of COVID-19, inflation, and natural disasters far more than most. Their need is great and, unfortunately, becoming even greater.
In closing, please make every effort to assure your 2022 pledge is up to date and please complete your pledge card by Commitment Sunday, November 6th. We invite you also to join us that morning for our All Parish Breakfast, between services at 10:30 a.m., in celebration of shared commitments.
