Well, in just about a month, I will hold my last meeting as President of SI Chico. It's hard to believe. I was sharing this with my family this weekend and they are all shocked that they attended my Installation almost a full year ago. Speaking of Installation, it's time to save your spot at the Installation of incoming President Carrie. Tickets are $40 for one person or $75 for a pair. Since we aren't having a regular meeting in the next 2 weeks, you can mail your check made payable to SI Chico to Sara Beacham at Stoner & Associates, 3120 Cohasset Rd, #8, Chico 95973. It will be another fun evening and a great time for us to celebrate the start of Carrie's year.
Speaking of Carrie's year, I hope each of you will take the opportunity to turn in a committee request form. Carrie is collecting these up until Saturday, May 25th (see article below from Carrie with form attached). Those who don't indicate a preference will be assigned to a committee by Carrie.

All new members prior to January 2019 (and other prior members that might still have their wings) plan to attend the June 5th Business Meeting to have your wings (colorful ribbons on your member pins) clipped by our Soroptimist gardeners!!

If you would like to advertise in our E-blast submit your check to SI Chico for $100 and in the memo line write "E-blast Ad" and send a digital business card to me at the below email address by June 12th. Your ad will run from July 1st through June 30th. Your ad helps pay for the cost of our weekly E-blast.
