Our next Family Promise host week is coming up soon! Thank you to everyone who has already committed to helping these families feel safe & welcome in our space. There are still a few volunteer opportunities if you haven't yet signed up! Specifically, we are still looking for a few more people to be overnight hosts or drivers. Remember, you can submit Social Justice Challenge hours after signing up (before you even complete the volunteer task!)

Deck the Halls of Common Flame!

Do you love the Holidays? Do you love to decorate? Help make Common Flame a place filled with a festive spirit! We will make ornaments, deck the FE halls with wreaths, and decorate the Christmas Trees in the Sanctuary.

Seeking Holiday Market Elves!

We need Common Flame Elves to help ensure that the Holiday Market runs smoothly from start to finish. Our wonderful elf team will help by baking goods, running registers, setting up and breaking down, greeting people as they come in, and all the little things in between. Co-Creating Community: Help Lead BondFire Programming

2nd & 4th Wednesdays | 6:30 - 7:15 pm

On 1st & 3rd Wednesdays after our BondFire dinners, we hold Vespers worship. So what about the other Wednesdays? Those are up to YOU! We Need Coffee Hosts!

Sundays at the 9 or 11 am Services

Coffee can be the thing that gets us all through the Sunday. We give it to our visitors and it helps everyone feel a little more awake! Come to Our Common Care Brunch Next Month!

Saturday, November 7 | 10 am - 12 pm

Join your Common Cares teams for a brunch to celebrate what we've accomplished over the past year! This is a fabulous opportunity for folks who may have interest in doing volunteer work with our various Cares teams: the Common Cares Coordinating Team, the Connectors and eHelpers, the Caring Listeners, the Memorials Team, and our card writers.
