The AlignRx 2025 Annual Medicare Part D Guide is now on the Member Portal. Please note the guide may be updated and reposted once AlignRx receives further plan information from PBMs.

AlignRx is not contracted with the following for 2025 Medicare Part D:

• Aetna
• Caremark
• Express Scripts (includes Prime Therapeutics)
• MedImpact

Note: The 2025 Medicare Part D Search Tool will be available prior to open enrollment. The Search Tool includes a list of contracted plans. This tool provides extensive information, including but not limited to:

• Contracted plan information
• Network status – preferred, standard, or out-of-network
• Monthly premiums
• Annual deductibles
• Retail 30-day copays
• Extended-day retail copays (when available)

AlignRx developed a searchable reporting tool to identify patients whose plans will not be under contract with AlignRx in 2025. You can use this tool to determine which patients may need to be notified of plan changes.

This tool includes: Patient Information; Payor; Plan; BIN/PCN/Group; Rx Count; and Gross Profit Estimate.

Please visit the Member Portal and select Medicare Part D from the main menu. Then navigate to the Patient Data tab.

The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) was signed into law in 2022. Key components for 2025 include:

• Medicare Prescription Payment Plan: Ability to pay out-of-pocket costs in monthly payments spread over the year
• Reduced out-of-pocket maximum of $2,000
• Elimination of the Coverage Gap or "donut hole"

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is still defining details regarding the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan implementation. AlignRx will continue to provide information as it becomes available.

To help your pharmacy inform patients regarding the Medicare Part D plans you will be accepting/not accepting in 2025, AlignRx has developed marketing resources (such as a poster, flyer, postcard, and bag insert) you can print in-house or send to a local printer.
