Hello,
My name is Mia Said, and I am a master’s student at the University of South Florida. I am currently conducting my graduate certificate research project (IRB #3017) as an institute scholar from cohort 8 of the Institute of Translational Research Education in Adolescent Drug Abuse. I am writing to ask for your help with the COVID-19 Impacts on Implementation Survey. This 10-minute survey focuses on the implementation of evidence-based substance use prevention programs in schools during the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for crisis response planning from the perspectives of school-based behavioral health practitioners and administrators.
I am looking for individuals who work in a school administrative (e.g., principal, assistant principal of curriculum, etc.) capacity and/or behavioral health practitioners (e.g. school psychologist, social worker, certified substance abuse counselor, registered mental health intern, etc.). Participation is completely voluntary, and your answers will be kept anonymous. Every 5th participant to complete the survey will receive a $5 Amazon gift card! If this survey is not applicable to you, I kindly ask that you forward it to an individual in a school administrative and/or behavioral health practitioner capacity.
If you are interested, please click on the link to access the survey:
https://usf.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d3WePx3hFUHbiYK
This survey is being conducted to provide researchers with a better understanding of how COVID-19 social distancing precautions have affected the implementation of evidence-based substance use prevention programs and need for crisis-response planning in schools. I kindly ask that you complete it before November 25th.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at miasaid@usf.edu.
Thank you for your consideration in advance.
