Board of Directors Candidates (2023-2025)
On December 31, 2022, four Ionia Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Director’s terms will be expiring. Below is a list of candidates who are running for those positions as presented by a Nominating Committee.
2023-2025 Board of Director Candidates:
Karlee Bailey - Brick Street Studio & Grand Event Rentals
Janice Gustafson - Independent Bank
John Krueger - Ionia Lock & Key
Linda Reetz - Sparrow Ionia Hospital
As a member, you have the right under Article IV Section 5 of the Ionia Area Chamber of
Commerce by-laws to submit a petition for other nominations. A petition form is available in the Chamber office located at 439 W. Main Street, Ionia, MI. The petition must be signed by ten (10) or more members of the Chamber of Commerce and filed with the Executive Director by October 14, 2022 no later than 4:00 p.m.
If no petitions for nominations are received by the above deadline, then the
Nominating Committee’s slate of candidates as listed above will begin serving a three year term as a Chamber of Commerce Board of Director effective January 1, 2023.

Annual Plan & Budget
This month our board of directors will work to finalize and approve our 2023 Initiatives and Budget. We look forward to the opportunity to improve our communication and provide our members with the chance to be more involved and aware of what we are working on for our members and community. We aim to share a summary of our 2023 Annual Plan in November.
