In the communities CAASTLC serves, our customers need us more now than ever. During these trying times, we have continuously delivered essential services with minimal interruptions, and our commitment to ending poverty has never wavered. While the work we are doing is crucial, the health and safety of our staff and customers remains a high priority. Essential services such as our food pantry, energy assistance, case management, and home weatherization are operating under procedures outlined in CAASTLC’s Health and Safety Policy and Coronavirus/Infectious Disease Response Plan. Our doors remain closed to the public as we prepare for a healthy, safe, and socially responsible reopening. We are modifying our lobby and conference rooms to ensure social distancing. Our buildings are properly maintained as custodial staff conduct thorough cleanings daily, and hand sanitizing stations are positioned throughout our buildings. All staff are wearing masks and practicing social distancing, and we will encourage customers to do the same when they visit us.
We want St. Louis County residents who meet the designated federal poverty guidelines to continue contacting us as we work to ensure all customers receive the help they need. Please visit our website, , for more information about our organization.
In the spirit of Helping People, Changing Lives.
Wishing you safety and good health.
