Dear Broadview Residents,

In retaliation for the Village of Broadview yesterday calling on ICE to stop making war on our community near the ICE detention center, ICE agents today informed the Broadview Police Department that they will be launching enforcement raids throughout all of Broadview and seeking to detain residents.

ICE also plans to unleash more tear gas on American citizens in Broadview today. I want to urge you to take all necessary precautions to protect yourselves and your families to stay out of harm’s way. With God’s help and blessing, we will get through this day, because we are Broadview strong.
