A reminder that the Spring Community-Wide Garage Sale will be held this coming Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. So far we have about 30 homes participating.
If you would like to participate in this event please send me an email at styrrell@ccmcnet.com with 'Garage Sale' in the subject line, and just put your address in the message. The cut-off is the end of the day on Wednesday, May 3rd. We will send out a list of the addresses of those homes in Vizcaya that are participating on Friday for those of you who would like to shop!
Traditions resident, and local realtor, Tanya Kerr is sponsoring a 'Shredding Event' for all of Vizcaya to be held at the Traditions Pavilion/pool parking lot on Saturday, May 20th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm - see more details above about what and how much you can bring to shred!
TOWN HALL UPDATE

Thank you to all the residents that attended the Town Hall on April 20th, and also to those who were not able to attend that evening but submitted questions. There were plenty topics addressed at the meeting by both management and by residents.
We have compiled a summary of the frequently asked questions with answers for reference - please click on the 'Town Hall FAQs' button below to access that information.

A summary of the recent landscape contract review and selection determination is also available for you to review. Please click on the 'Landscape Contract Review' button below to access that summary.

Due to the Town Hall meeting being cut somewhat short by the incoming storm, we are scheduling a follow-up meeting to continue to answer any questions that have not already been answered either at the meeting or through the FAQs below. This meeting will be held via Zoom next Wednesday, May 10th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The link for this meeting is provided below, with a reminder to be sent out next week.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SPENDING LIMITS
One of the items proposed by some residents at the Town Hall was, if it was possible, that going forward, the Board would consider surveying the residents before approving/spending funds on any additional Capital Improvements, and to possibly set a dollar threshold based on resident feedback.
Please find below the link to a survey asking you that, if the Board approved such a threshold, at what amount would you like it set?
FACEBOOK PAGE
To improve communication and make it easier for residents to find official Association-related messages, we have transitioned our Facebook group to an official Facebook business page. This new page allows us to share important information like office hours, upcoming events and contact information, while allowing residents to send direct messages to the team, opening up another outlet for communication.
'COMMUNITY PULSE' QUESTION
The Board has requested that we survey the residents concerning future community-sponsored events in 2023. Please take a moment to provide your response by answering the question using the link below before May 9th.
