This week, we joined others across New Hampshire in celebrating the incredible Service Coordinators and Case Managers who make inclusion possible. These dedicated professionals walk alongside individuals and families every day - helping navigate complex systems, access essential supports, and build meaningful connections in their communities. Their compassion, advocacy, and commitment ensure that every person has the opportunity to live, work, and thrive as part of an inclusive New Hampshire.

We extended our deepest gratitude to all of our Service Coordinators and Case Managers. Thank you for all you do!

This issue emphasizes the challenges that many individuals with disabilities encounter when trying to access transportation in New Hampshire.

Join in on February 13th, 2026, for Night to Shine, a prom experience centered around celebrating individuals with special needs, hosted at the Manchester One Church Outpost in partnership with the Tim Tebow Foundation. This joyful night will be filled with love, laughter, and dancing as our honored guests experience a red-carpet entrance, are crowned kings and queens, and much more.
