Looking for some family fun? Come on down to the Medway Fire Department's Open House on Sunday, October 28th from 10:00 am - 2: 00 pm. Bring the kids in costume for a great day of pumpkin carving, pumpkin decorating, face painting (10:00-12:00), lessons in fire safety and even a pumpkin DROP from the top of the ladder truck!

The Town of Medway would like to extend an open invitation to all to join in the opening of Choate Park and Oakland Park.
Please join Senate President Karen Spilka, Board of Selectmen, Medway Town & School Officials, various committee members and multiple contractors that worked diligently to bring us these beautiful parks. Ribbon cutting ceremonies will take place on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11:00 am at Oakland Park and on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 10:00 am at Choate Park.

Let's spread some holiday cheer as we gather for our 26th annual Christmas Parade! Line Main Street on Saturday, November 24th at 5:30 PM and meet the Grand Marshall, watch the fire trucks, floats and visit with Santa. When the parade comes to an end, enjoy a spectacular fireworks display as Choate Pond is illuminated in light.

Support Medway Athletics while making room to indulge in turkey dinner! Sign up today to run in the annual 5K Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, November 22nd 7:30 am. MFE announces the return of Lego Club! Memorial School students are invited to join the Club, which will meet Thursdays after school at Memorial starting November 8th. All Legos will be provided. $50 registration donation goes towards MFE's grants to the Medway schools.

Please join us for our 3rd Annual Veterans Day Project Event at the Medway Senior Center, 76 Oakland Street on November 7th at 4:00 pm. Medway High School students will present the life stories of 6 area veterans. Sign up at the Center or by calling 533-3210 by November 1st. Light refreshments will be served.

Decorate a teal pumpkin at the Medway Public Library, 26 High St., on Monday, October 29th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Let it be known that you have non-food treats available on Halloween. This small act promotes inclusion for trick-or-treaters with food allergies or other conditions. Bring your own pumpkin or create one out of craft supplies provided by the library.This program is for ALL ages. Drop in - no need to sign up! More Info. on Library's Fb page
Make & Take your own hand sanitizer at the Medway Public Library, 26 High St. on November 7th from 7:00 PM -8:00 PM. Make a pocket size hand sanitizer with essential oils to protect you during cold and flu season. Sign up online or call the library at 508-533-3217.

Join us for a special trip on Saturday, December 1, when we will be touring three Newport Mansions in all their holiday splendor. The glitter of gold and the sparkle of silver will dazzle as we tour The Breakers, The Elms and Marble House. The trip includes a lovely luncheon at La Forge Restaurant.

BOKS is a before school movement program designed by the Reebok Corporation to provide children’s brains and bodies with a “boost” that sets them up for a successful day of learning. The program offers two before school sessions each week. Each session includes open play, warm up, running-related activity, skill of the week, end of class game and cool down with a nutrition tip.

Medway Country Manor's Craft & Vendor Fair is Saturday, October 27th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. This is an indoor event at the Country Manor, 115 Holliston Street. Stop in and check out the vendor's displays. If you are interested in renting space for the fair, applications are still being accepted. All proceeds go directly to Seniors for their Activity Fund.

Girls Independent Golf League is holding a JAMBOREE on Saturday, November 3rd. Join in on the pre-game clinic run by LPGA pros, college coaches and players. Play up to 9-holes “alternate shot” team golf on par-3 course. Put a team together and play with girls from your town!
