Medway Community Education BOKS is a before school movement program designed by the Reebok Corporation to provide children’s brains and bodies with a “boost” that sets them up for a successful day of learning. The program offers two before school sessions each week. Each session includes open play, warm up, running-related activity, skill of the week, end of class game and cool down with a nutrition tip.
