Casa Grande, AZ (March 22, 2021) – The (City) of Casa Grande Community Services Department invites the community to participate in the Keep Casa Grande Beautiful Clean-up on Saturday, April 3 from 7 to 11 a.m.

There are two ways to participate this year. First, residents can help keep our community clean and beautiful by cleaning up an area of town that is meaningful to them – it can be a local park, your neighborhood or area of town that needs sprucing up. Simply collect trash; bag it and drop it off at the Community Recreation Center (1905 N. Peart Rd.) or Carr McNatt Park (1115 N. Brown Ave). Please only dispose of bagged trash at these locations, no bulk items.

Secondly, volunteers are needed to help clean-up at the base of Casa Grande Mountain. Illegal dumping in our desert has become increasingly problematic in this area. Volunteers are needed to help clean up the trash and debris on Saturday, April 3 from 7 to 11 a.m. Residents who are interested in participating should meet at 7 a.m. at this location: from the Elzy Pearson Shooting Range (2766 S Isom Rd) follow the road south until it curves east. Signs will direct participants to clean-up location. Trash bags, gloves, bottled water, and snacks will be provided to all participants.
