9 Snooze Worthy Ways to Get a Better Night's Sleep
Are you familiar with hearing the alarm go off and hitting snooze several times before you get up for the day? We thought so. We all do this, don't we?

We all want more sleep, but find ourselves trying to get by with less and less. Turns out, getting more sleep is more important than you might think. In fact, our physical and emotional health relies heavily on the amount of shut eye we get each night. Your brain and your body are hard at work, doing amazing things, all while you sleep.

What are those amazing things you might ask? Sleep has the power to help you:
  • Reduce stress and improve your mood
  • Think more clearly and do better in school or at work
  • Get sick less often
  • Stay at a healthy weight
  • Lower your risk for serious health problems like diabetes and heart disease
