1st Edition

There is still time to help with Back-to-School, HELP center food drive, Community Needs Assessment results, Wheelz2Work, and more!

Thank you to the Rotary Club of Doylestown!

We are thrilled to be a recipient of a generous donation from your Doylestown at Dusk Car Show.

Remember how excited you were to go Back-to-School in style?

50 kids still need your help...

Grateful clients share how

your donations make a difference.

“Gift cards and school supplies provided by BCOC literally takes the anxiety out of buying school supplies! This is something we always have to brace for when the school year starts but with the help of BCOC, I can buy all the supplies I need for my two children, plus I can save some money or use it to buy clothing and other necessary items!” - T.D.

“BCOCs Back to School program has been a tremendous financial relief for me, significantly easing the strain on my budget. By providing essential school supplies, the program ensures that my kids are well-prepared and confident as they head back to school. I’m deeply grateful for the support this program offers” – H.O.

the HELP Center is holding a food drive.

Community Needs Assessment Update

We recently asked you to participate in our Community Needs Assessment, which we complete every three years. The results are in, and we have published the document to our website. Please take a few minutes to take a look and see how your Bucks County neighbors feel about issues surrounding poverty.

This donation has provided the freedom they need to get to work, school, activities, shopping, and so much more. Transportation is a passport to independence and success!

The lack of safe and reliable transportation limits access to jobs and educational opportunities. The Bucks County Opportunity Council, in partnership with Bucks County Community College and the Gene and Marlene Epstein Humanitarian Fund, is currently seeking both good, used automobiles and financial support to help those in need.

Get the highest possible tax credit because donated vehicles are given to people in need.

The gift of transportation changes lives!
