ECTC to celebrate first-generation Students


ECTC will host First Generation Week to recognize the accomplishments of first-generation students. The event, a first for the college, will be held Nov. 7-9 and will celebrate the tenacity and dedication of these students as they pursue higher education.

Nominations open for Distinguished Alumni and Lifetime Achievement Awards


Now in its 17th year, Elizabethtown Community and Technical College’s Distinguished Alumni program has celebrated the accomplishments of 138 outstanding former students and graduates. These leaders have made noteworthy contributions to their professions and communities, expanding ECTC’s impact across the country. Nominees are now being sought for induction into the 2023 class of honorees.

Girls Inc. supports career exploration


More than 400 area ninth-grade girls visited ECTC's Elizabethtown campus for the 2022 Girls Inc. event in partnership with Abound Credit Union and Hardin County Schools. Dozens of volunteer mentors from a variety of career fields shared their stories.

PTK gives


ECTC Phi Theta Kappa donated several used College Algebra text books to the ECTC math department following PTK's annual book drive.

Bring on the treats: ECTC Spooktacular returns!


Community members flocked to ECTC's Elizabethtown campus Oct. 27 for the college's Spooktacular event. Attractions included candy from various college offices, a haunted hallway, picture stations, games, ice cream, 3D printed items, a dinosaur exhibit hallway and more!
