Even as summer is winding down, the local news keeps coming. We're really proud to be supporting several of our municipalities with technology upgrades to make it easier for citizens to watch and participate in meetings. That's part of our mandate as Lincoln County's community non-profit public access station. We'll have more to share about these efforts soon.

Starting Thursday, we'll be filming the sights, songs, and Schooner cruises from the inaugural Wiscasset Schoonerfest, in partnership with the Wiscasset Region Chamber of Commerce and the Friends of Wiscasset Village. We're looking forward to sharing a show about it in early September. If you see our videographer Lang Sheppard, be sure to say hello.

Our partnership with the CLC YMCA and LincolnHealth continues to be a strong resource for community updates about the COVID-19 pandemic. Take a look at the Aug 11 Coronavirus Update from Miles Health with Chief Medical Officer Dr. Timothy Fox. We're finalizing our next show that will feature community members who have been affected by the pandemic.
