This year has been an exciting and productive one for our office, and we’re thrilled to share two major milestones this month. We’re celebrating the closings of two HOME-funded projects, with construction set to begin soon!
-
Elmonica Station: Sponsored by REACH Community Development and Mercy Housing NW, this project will bring 81 affordable rental homes to Beaverton, conveniently located near the MAX line.
-
Woodland Hearth: Sponsored by Community Partners for Affordable Housing, this project will create 63 units of affordable rental homes in Tigard.
These projects represent significant progress in our commitment to expanding affordable housing in Washington County. Stay tuned for updated as they move forward!

Thank you for your continued support, and we wish you a joyful and peaceful holiday season!
