Greetings and Happy 2022!
Last year, the 1889 Jefferson Center for Population Health worked hard to better serve residents in Somerset and Cambria counties.
Though 2021 brought us many challenges, we rose to the occasion and facilitated COVID-19 vaccine clinics and testing sites with the help of the Cambria-Somerset Covid Task Force. 1889 JCPH also provided education on the virus.
The launch of the Community Care HUB has been an ongoing positive force in the area, helping those in need through the hiring of Community Health Workers.
