Inclusivity and Omnichannel Brand Marketing

We all know consumers expect more from the brands they support. There’s an expectation that an organization’s values will overlap with their own. These days, that often means alignment in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. So, what does that mean for health systems? And how do messages of inclusivity weave seamlessly together with ongoing efforts like product line marketing?

Join Indiana-based health system Community Health Network and MKR, a midwest advertising agency helping organizations consolidate their omni-channel presence and deliver real, data-driven results, as they discuss actionable tips for building DEI into the central theme of your branding position.

The Xpectives.Health Summit, home of the 23-year DTC National Conference, is the premier virtual and live events series for healthcare advertisers. Virtual events, newsletter content, and multiple live events throughout the year culminate in the Xpectives.Health Summit in April in Boston.

The Xpectives.Health Summit is an expansion of the annual 20+ year DTC National Conference – bringing multiple consumer healthcare events over 3 days with the DTC National pharmaceutical advertising conference at its core. This means the DTC National will still remain center stage as it has for over 20 years with access to top pharmaceutical advertisers, but we are now bringing all of our healthcare advertising audiences including but not limited to Pharma, Hospital, OTC marketers, multicultural health, and women’s health marketers under one roof called “Xpectives.Health.”

Great DTC Creative is Different

January 18, 2023 by Frank Chipman

Later this month, I am serving on a panel that will discuss how Pharma companies develop “great DTC creative”. While there is no recipe for great advertising (in general), the tactics leading to the goal are the same. Draw attention, make it relevant, deliver a powerful (and if possible distinctive message) and spark action. Basically get the patient to talk with a doctor. When it is done right, DTC advertising delivers an excellent ROI...

2022 DTC Creative Assessment

October 31, 2022 by Adam Hessel

I decided to use this forum to celebrate some of the bravest and boldest work I have seen over the course of the past year. By that, I mean those brands that continued to re-set the bar for what “excellent” looks like in the DTC space. Those that help remind us all why we are in this business in the first place The following are all examples of work that really stuck with me in 2022...
