Finding permanent housing for newcomers (both immigrants and refugees) can be difficult, especially if renters have no Canadian references.

We would like to hear about the challenges, concerns, hesitancies, benefits, and successes that housing providers have experienced when renting, or considering renting to newcomers. The survey will also give rental housing providers the opportunity to share their ideas about needed supports to benefit them and the rental process.
