For those who have just joined us, welcome to the Fenway Alliance's Community Matters series where we spotlight our member institutions's community benefits!

As a consortium of 21 locally and globally renowned cultural and academic institutions, The Fenway Alliance and its members are committed to benefitting the local community and residents of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This newsletter provides an overview of some of those benefits made available to the community by each organization.

With offerings such as free concerts, summer programs, lessons for young musicians, and more, New England Conservatory of Music is the second member institution highlighted in this series.

First Mondays at Jordan Hall

First Mondays are FREE and open to the public and a brilliant showcase of music performed by some of the world's best chamber musicians. They are fresh and full of imaginative pairings of well-loved classics and new work, performed in one of the finest places in the world to hear music of this caliber: NEC's own Jordan Hall.

NEC Preparatory School

A community of spirited young people plus superb conservatory faculty, and as many approaches to meaningful musical education as there are students - that's NEC Prep.
