Applicant Norina Properties, LP requested in June 2021 that land located at the southwest corner of Greenville Avenue and Markville Drive be rezoned to allow for a liquor store within the commercial building. Currently, the site is zoned as MU-1 Mixed Use, which does not allow for the inclusion of a liquor store; however, the MU-2 Mixed Use zoning district requested would permit this use.
