The public is invited to participate in the Community Meetings to learn, share ideas, and give input on the issue of homelessness in the City of Concord. The data collected from these events will help identify community goals and priorities that will inform the Homeless Strategic Plan Working Group in development of an actionable strategic plan to respond to homelessness in Concord. Information gathered at the meetings will be shared with the Homeless Strategic Plan Working Group and project team.
