Live & Virtual 5K | 30th Anniversary

On Saturday, June 18th, Father’s Day Weekend, the 30th Annual Rhulen Rock Hill Run & Ramble 5K will be held.
THE COURSE: The Course starts at the Rock Hill School/Center for Discovery (formerly, the Frontier building) in front of El Sombrero Restaurant and circles Lake Louise Marie.
The race starts at 9:00 am with race day registration opening at 7AM.
BAKERY: On site (upper Parking Lot) we will have the ‘Brittany Beckmann Bakery’ (pop-up held annually at the R4) 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Please visit and purchase delectable treats that your family will love, while supporting a good cause. All proceeds are donated to the Trevor Loughlin foundation.
RAFFLES: Please support our event through the purchase of raffles. We have amazing prizes this year! Drawing at 11 AM.

WHY WE DO IT: We stage the R4 each year to benefit the Trevor Loughlin Foundation, which issues grants to individuals in our region battling blood cancer and other acute catastrophic illnesses. We also donate money to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help fund the research needed to find a cure for blood cancer-- once and for all!
