This cocktail social serves as a fantastic opportunity for Stillwater residents to welcome new friends to the neighborhood! Stillwater Teen - Focus Group
The Stillwater Lifestyle program is starting a group focused on Teens for 2019. This new group will be open to Stillwater Ranch Teenagers 13 - 18 years of age. Meet with Stephen (your SWR Lifestyle Director) for complimentary Pizza and Drinks at the Trail Dust Pavilion January 31 at 6 p.m. for a brainstorming discussion about the NEW Stillwater Ranch TEEN program, as well as activities and volunteer opportunities you would enjoy.

TxDot Open House: FM 1560 from FM 471 to SH 16
Wednesday, January 30, from

Where: Randall Fields Elementary, 9570 FM 1560 North, San Antonio, TX, 78254

The purpose of this open house is to present proposed improvements to FM 1560 from FM 471 to SH 16 in the cities of San Antonio and Helotes, in Bexar County, Texas. There will be no formal presentation, so attendees can come and go at their convenience. Attendees will have the opportunity to view schematics of the proposed improvements, see a project video, visit with team members, ask questions, and share their comments on the project.

Celebrate the Cultures of Asia

The UTSA Institute of Texan Cultures celebrates the annual Asian Festival, observing the Lunar New Year and celebrating the many rich cultures of Asia.

The daylong event features authentic foods, music, dance, martial arts, shopping, games and entertainment from China, to the Indian Sub-continent, and the island nations of the Pacific.

The Festival features two stages, a martial arts demonstration area, children’s hands on crafting area, anime activities, bonsai and ikebana displays, mahjong table and more.

Parade of Lanterns - Hosted by the San Antonio River

For two weeks, ten, 26-foot long floats carrying magically-illuminated enormous lanterns such as a dragon, adorable pandas, pinatas, and other objects will appear February 9-23, 2019 from 7:00-9:00 PM each night. The last night to take in the beauty is February 23rd. Enjoy the magically illuminated floats from anywhere along the downtown portion of the River Walk. This event is free to enjoy from anywhere along the downtown section of the River Walk. You may book a table at one of the restaurants with patio seating. It's a great time to have dinner or drinks while enjoying the floats which run continuously from 7-9 PM.

BASKETBALL COURT REMINDERS
We are asking that all SWR residents visiting the Basketball court show their pool access card and ID to avoid the court's over population of outside guests.
Residents are allowed to have two (2) guests per access card and must stay with their guest at all times. Also, Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
FITNESS CENTER REMINDERS
  • No glass containers or breakable items are allowed in the fitness center as they are a health and safety hazard.

  • No profanity or abusive language permitted

  • RE-RACK ALL WEIGHTS AFTER USE
  • Parents are responsible for their children in the fitness room and facility. *Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Private training and/or lesson use is not permitted in the fitness room unless approved, in advance in writing, by the Stillwater Ranch Homeowner’s Association. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Reasons to call BCSO
  • Any suspicious activity in and around the neighborhood, the Amenity Center, Pond, or Trail.
  • After hours noise complaints.
  • Abandoned Cars parked on the street.
  • Large/Over-sized vehicles blocking fire hydrants or mailboxes.
