Strategies to Repair Equity and Transform Community Health STRETCH

Apply for tailored technical assistance to achieve your goals of advancing health opportunities for everyone in your community! STRETCH (the Strategies to Repair Equity and Transform Community Health Initiative) is open to eligible community-based organizations (CBOs) and state public health agencies partnering to work through cross-sector collaboration to address health issues that focus on systems change approaches to advancing health equity.

If selected. partnerships will receive funding and technical assistance support from January 2024 through March 2025.
