Our new

Infoletter Series:

Dear Village Community ❤️

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Community News, a new newsletter series designed to keep you updated on the exciting developments at we are village. Over the coming months, we will share updates on a variety of topics, including website improvements, event updates, and much more.

This series of individual infoletters is our way of staying connected with you and ensuring that you’re always informed about the journey we’re on together.

Over the years, we have worked tirelessly to make we are village the vibrant, inclusive space it is today. What began

as a vision rooted in the work of Kai Ehrhardt is now a dynamic community with many layers of creativity and connection. From founding our non-profit organization to the inspiring art initiative "we are instinct art," we have grown organically—with more projects, opportunities, and ways for you to get involved.

However, as we grew, so did the complexity. With multiple websites and channels, it became clear that we needed more clarity. During the pandemic, we worked on many areas of our community to further enhance the experience for our members.

After thorough reflection and collaboration, we are excited to introduce our newly unified website. It is your central access point to everything we are village has to offer.

Glossary

We’ve also added a glossary with explanations of commonly used terms and an FAQ page with answers to frequently asked questions to our website. This is an important step for us in addressing questions within our community and providing valuable resources. Both pages can be found under the “About Us” menu.

Our new glossary explains key terms from the LGBTQIA+ community and serves as a valuable knowledge resource for everyone.

Donate-Button:

We’ve added a "Donate" button at the top of our website for anyone who wishes to support our work financially. The button leads to our donation page, where you can find all the information about donating to us.

We need your help to secure the future of our Queer Bridges program. To continue offering this vital initiative in 2025, we must raise the remaining 20% of our funding—€20,000. Without these matching funds, the program cannot move forward. Your support makes a difference. Every contribution, big or small, helps us sustain this important work for our community.
