Co-creation, Leadership, Management, and Implementation of the New Jersey Health Initiatives Program

The New Jersey Health Initiatives (NJHI) has been driving collaboration and supporting programs to build healthier communities through grantmaking across the state since 1987. NJHI’s mission mirrors that of the Foundation and encourages collaboration across sectors in our state’s communities to foster deep relationships and build a Culture of Health in New Jersey. With recent strategy shifts and a new approach to working in our home state, RWJF seeks an organization (or collaborative of organizations with one serving as the lead) to collaborate in co-designing and implementing the NJHI program of the future. The organization will receive a planning grant of up to $450,000 for up to an 18-month period to work with RWJF, partners, and stakeholders in New Jersey to co-create NJHI’s path forward related to programmatic strategies and approaches and functional and operational structures.

The application deadline is July 13, 2022.
