Quick FYIs

There is a plumbing leak near the playground. Please keep kiddos away. We are waiting for 811 to mark the area so the plumber can finish the repairs.
If you see an irrigation or plumbing leak, please text 737.268.8474 with the location so it can be addressed ASAP.
Boulders have been placed in the playground area as part of the requirements for our National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat certification. Look out for more NWF improvements soon as we complete the process.

Events

On or around March 3rd, a GoogleForm will be available to sign up for inclusion of the digital map. This map can be shared on your socials to help advertise the community-wide sale. Participation in the map is not required. Signing up for the garage sale is also not required. Bulk pick up of any leftovers will be your responsibility and needs to be scheduled ASAP after the garage sale.

From the City

Silos Farmers Market is held every Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm behind Top Notch at the Hutto Co-Op District Town Green. These events were created to provide a cooperative and organized marketing alternative for small scale agricultural and specialty products while bringing the community together to create local sustainable practices and community bonding. Admission is free and parking is available. *This event is permitted by the city, not sponsored.

Compliance Corner

Reminders:

Compliance drives are every other week. Trash cans in view and excessive weeds are the main concerns, however there has been a huge turn around recently, so not as many notices are being sent.

Trail Walks and Amenity reviews are every week as weather permits. You are welcome to join me! Send a text, call, or email and we will setup a walk.

Please report issues with the dog stations (include the number) so the vendor can be contacted asap.

Report Construction violations to the office. This includes working outside of hours, overflowing dumpsters, builder trash outside of the active lot, and parking in undesignated areas.

Parking: Commercial Vehicles, Industrial (Work) Vehicles, RV, Trailers, Boats are not permitted inside Emory Crossing at any time unless parked within your closed garage.

The Amenity Center is a private parking lot with use being allowed while you are actively using the amenities. No overnight or day parking is allowed.

Do not park in Alleyways at any time. Please report construction crews parking in alleyways so the office can contact the builder ASAP.

Dumpsters are not for residential use. Please call your refuse company for bulk pickup options.

Fines by the dumpster company and the Association can be levied.

Assessment Info

At Emory Crossing, assessments are billed quarterly.

The Q2 Assessment will post on April 1st, 2025.

If you have not yet submitted payment for the full balance on your account, it is past due. A $25 late fee plus interest may be applied. To avoid extra costs, please log into your payment portal and double check your account balance before submitting payment.
