Important Updates

Quick FYIs

  • Did the Haboob blow your trash cans away? Check with your neighbors. They may have an extra can that blew into their yard.
  • The water leak at the Amenity Center was the main line. The repairs have been made and the restrooms have been reopened.
  • Concrete repairs have been taking place this week. We apologize for the mess. It will be cleaned up ASAP. If you see any major cracks in the trails or the Amenity Center walkways, please report them to the office. Repairs which have been identified with orange paint need not apply.
  • Q2 Assessment Statements will be sent soon. Remember, you may log into the Portal to see your account balance at any time. Q2 Assessment(s) are due on April 1st.
  • Townhome Landscaping - The Landscape Contract has reverted back to it's original parameters. Mowing, edging, and removing grass clippings is the scope of work. Please see the Townhome Development Area Declaration for detailed information on the Association's responsibilities regarding the Townhomes.
  • If you see an irrigation or plumbing leak, please text 737.268.8474 with the location so it can be addressed ASAP.
  • Boulders have been placed in the playground area as part of the requirements for our National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat certification. Look out for more NWF improvements soon as we complete the process.
  • Management and Sunscape painted Hop Scotch on the sidewalk near the future butterfly garden. Check it out!

Once the map has been completed on 3/21, a sharable link will be provided. This map can be shared on your socials to help advertise the community-wide sale. Updates to the map can be made after the link is posted, so if you decide last minute you still want to participate, please complete the form.

Participation in the map is not required. Signing up for the garage sale is also not required. Bulk pick up of any leftovers will be your responsibility and needs to be scheduled ASAP after the garage sale.

Banners for the garage sale have been ordered! It will be installed at the entrance the week of the sale. The Association ordered two - one for each entrance. The 2nd entrance (FM 1660 & Emory Crossing Blvd) is scheduled to be opened later this year.

Alleyways: For the safety of all, please try to have your garage sale in your front yard.

The event time is 5pm.

This event will be packed with important information on how to care for your landscaping. As an added bonus, we will be doing another Plant Bar. The bar will begin after the presentation. We can't wait to see everyone! Bring your questions - if Sunscape does not address them during the presentation, they can during the Q&A session.

After the Q&A, Sunscape will offer a Plant Bar! Build your own planter as a kick start to your new garden, or as a sweet addition to your current collection. This is a "while supplies last" event.

The presentation is about 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many questions are asked.

Snake Seminar

This is a kid-friendly event. Learn about coexisting with snakes and what to do if you encounter one. Living along a creek means we will always have wildlife in our neighborhood.

Date and Time will be announced as soon as everything is confirmed.

Compliance drives are every other week. Trash cans in view and excessive weeds are the main concerns, however there has been a huge turn around recently, so not as many notices are being sent.

Trail Walks and Amenity reviews are every week as weather permits. You are welcome to join me! Send a text, call, or email and we will setup a walk.

Please report issues with the dog stations (include the number) so the vendor can be contacted asap.

Report Construction violations to the office. This includes working outside of hours, overflowing dumpsters, builder trash outside of the active lot, and parking in undesignated areas.

Parking: Commercial Vehicles, Industrial (Work) Vehicles, RV, Trailers, Boats are not permitted inside Emory Crossing at any time unless parked within your closed garage.

The Amenity Center is a private parking lot with use being allowed while you are actively using the amenities. No overnight or day parking is allowed.

Do not park in Alleyways at any time. Please report construction crews parking in alleyways so the office can contact the builder ASAP.

Keep me weed free

I can only be out on trash days (M/T). This is also a city ordinance.
