Labor Day Office Closure!

Please be informed that our office will be closed on Monday, September 2nd, 2024, in observance of Labor Day. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024.

If you have a property threatening emergency during this time, and need assistance, please contact our After Hours Emergency Service at 1800-274-3165.

Pool Seasons Ends 09.30.24!

As we approach the end of summer, we would like to remind you that the pool season will officially end on Monday, September 30th, 2024. After this date, the pool will be closed for the season and will no longer be accessible.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of the remaining time to enjoy the pool facilities. As a reminder, please refrain from placing metal furniture in the pool area. Please remember to follow all pool rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all residents.

Amenity Access Reminder!

As a reminder, all residents who wish to access the Emory Crossing Amenities must request access through the community portal at www.emorycrossing.com To complete your request, you will need to provide proof of residency.

Acceptable documents include:

- Closing documents

- Texas ID

- Lease agreement

Please ensure your request is submitted and approved before visiting the pool to avoid any delays in access. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.

If you have requested a physical access card, please remember to stop by the office during business hours for pick-up. Access cards may incur damages if left in the sun or water for extended amounts of time and/or if put through a washing machine or dryer.

Landscaping Reminder!

We appreciate the efforts everyone is making to maintain their yards and enhance the beauty of our community.

If you have recently received a landscaping violation notice, please take prompt action to address the issue. Once you have resolved the violation, or if you believe the notice was issued in error, kindly contact us at EmoryCrossingHOA@ccmcnet.com to update our records or discuss any concerns.

HOA Assessments Reminder

At Emory Crossing assessments are billed on a quarterly basis. Assessments are due on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

The quarterly assessment for Emory Crossing Residential Community (Master) is $195.
The townhomes are $195 per quarter, as part of the Master Association, plus a cost share rate of $345 per quarter.
The quarterly amount for Emory Crossing Condominium Association is $255.

Architectural Applications

All exterior modifications to your home require review and approval via submission of an architectural application. The application along with the Design Guidelines for modifications can be found on the Emory Crossing website, under 'Document Library - Architectural Requests.'

If you wish to submit the online application, please be sure to upload your plot plan marked to indicate the location(s) of the proposed modification(s). We also recommend attaching further details and photos along with the application.
