Our amazing residents never fail to come through. Earlier this week, a resident found an important package while on their walk. They returned it to the Association Office. After some digging, I was able to locate the owner of the package and get it back to them.

Thank you again for your integrity and willingness to do what is right!

Assessment Increase for 2026

The Master Board Meeting on 11/14/25 approved the 2026 Budget. The Board of Directors have approved an increase of $5 per month for the Master Association. This will affect all units within the community. Please update your autopay if you use your private bank. If you use the CCMC portal, this will update automatically. More information is below.

Developer Update

Phase 3 - In-progress with single-family homes and condos. Three townhome buildings have been completed.

Phase 4 - In-progress with single-family homes, condos and townhomes. While in Phase 7, the detention pond with trail extension will be completed during Phase 4's development.

FM 1660 Entrance has faced delays due to other entities involved in the project. The Developer expects the intersection to be operational by the 2nd Quarter.

Sports Court: Concrete was poured and is curing until next week. The design is being modified due to grading issues. After much contemplation and analyzing different options, the Board has decided to go with a half court unfenced basketball court and a full pickleball court with fencing. This will allow the court to be used for both sports at the same time, which was not going to be the case in the original design. Increasing the functionality of the court should allow for everyone to enjoy it easier. The equipment and fencing will be installed soon. The estimated completion time is still January. Please do not cross the orange fence barriers, as this is an active construction zone.
