The new BUURT Portal requires an updated login.
You cannot use your old VMS login for BUURT.
For your convenience, we encourage you to set up auto-pay so you never have to worry about missing a payment date. It's a simple step that offers peace of mind all year long.
| | All Emory Crossing events held at the Amenity Center are for residents only unless otherwise stated. Registration links will be included in this year's community events. Please register so we can plan accordingly. | | |
Request amenity access before events.
You will be required to fob in to access the pool for this event. Staff will not open the gate for anyone. Staff will not be available to process access requests on the day of the event. The pool monitor will not allow piggybacking.
To help ensure the Emory Crossing pool remains enjoyable and within its occupancy limits, this will be a residents-only HOA event, and guests will not be permitted. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience for all Emory Crossing residents. A pool monitor will be stationed at the entrance to check in residents upon arrival.
Our pool's maximum occupancy is 150 people.

Some details have changed for our event due to vendor cancellations. We will have light snacks*, music, hula lessons, and character actors.
*snacks are on a first come, first serve basis.

Moana Volunteer Needed
We are looking for a community volunteer who would be interested in dressing up as Moana for our Splish Slash Luau Bash and be a hero of our community!
Our volunteer will help us welcome residents to our event and pose for photos throughout it. The Moana costume (Large) will be provided. This is also a great opportunity to get some volunteer hours.
Please email the office if you are interested!

Our Reading Ready Bus Tour is back for another summer of stories, smiles, and community fun! Hosted by Hutto ISD Parent and Family Engagement Department, our goal remains the same: to inspire families to read together and build a love of reading that lasts a lifetime.
This year, we’re switching things up in a big way! We’ll be making stops at five local pools, and instead of 2 hours, we’ll be there for 3 hours at each location, giving families even more time to join in on the fun. We’re also excited to partner with our amazing first responders! The City of Hutto Police Department will join us on Mondays, Hutto Fire Rescue will be with us on Tuesdays, and the Hutto ISD Police Department will be with us on Wednesdays. Pick your favorite first responder day, or even better, come to all three days every week! Officers and Firefighters will also be hopping on the Reading Ready Bus to read with our students.
Families can enjoy live read-alouds (maybe even by a surprise guest in costume!), grab a free bookmark and sticker, enjoy a snack from our Child Nutrition team, and of course, pick out some free books to take home. It’s the perfect chance to connect with friends, meet new ones, and celebrate the joy of reading together.
Don’t miss out on this fun-filled adventure. We can’t wait to see you on the Reading Ready Bus!

Please take a moment to review these important guidelines to help keep our pool area safe, clean, and open for everyone to enjoy.
Pool hours are 5am to 10pm. There is a 6 guest limit.
Ages 14-17 may not have guests (including younger siblings) at the pool with them. See rule 2. A resident over 18 must accompany anyone under the age of 14 and any guests.
🪑 Return Pool Furniture
- Please return all furniture to their proper place after use.
- Do not place furniture blocking walkways.
- Do not place any furniture in the water. Only the white chaise are permitted.
Keeping the area organized ensures a welcoming space for the next guests and allows me to maintain the facility properly.
🌬️ Close Umbrellas When Not in Use
We experience high winds regularly. It only takes one unexpected gust to lift an open umbrella and send it flying. This can quickly become dangerous, causing serious injury or property damage.
All umbrellas are for in-pool use only.
Before leaving your spot, please take a moment to fully close and secure umbrellas.
🚫 Absolutely No Glass
Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area. If the glass breaks, it can shatter across the deck and potentially end up in the pool.
If glass enters the pool:
- The pool must be shut down immediately.
- The pool must be drained to ensure all glass is removed.
- This is a lengthy and extremely expensive process.
Pool monitors will request a peak in your bags and ice chests.
Simply put: No glass = no closures, no costly issues, and no interruption to pool enjoyment.
🚫 Absolutely No Alcohol
Places like Kalahari and Typhoon Texas allow alcohol because they have the proper permits, licenses, and lifeguards. HOAs do not have these requirements. Pool monitors will request a peak in your bags and ice chests.
Water + alcohol = Risk/Danger. Don't bring this risk to the pool or amenity center.
🌬️ Entry at Front Gate Only
Use your fob to enter. Do not piggyback or allow others in who are not your personal guest. The side gates are for emergency use only. Alarms have been installed.
Thank you for doing your part to protect our shared amenity and keep it safe for all residents. Let’s work together to keep our pool clean, safe, and open all season long!

Welcome to Summer!
As summer kicks into full swing, we hope you’re enjoying the sunshine, longer days, and all the fun that comes with the season!
☀️ To help keep our community safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone, we wanted to share a few friendly reminders:
🚗 Dirt Bikes
Dirt bikes are not permitted within the neighborhood or in the city of Hutto. These bikes are not street legal and are only to be ridden at the appropriate dirt tracks or on private property. This includes sidewalks, streets, and trails throughout Hutto. Please do not allow children to ride these within our neighborhood. It creates a safety risk to drivers, pedestrians, and the children riders.
*note: e-Bikes, not dirt bikes, must meet certain criteria under the Texas Transportation Code to be considered street legal.
🌳 Playground Safety
Our playground is a great place for kids to play and connect. Please help us keep it safe by supervising children at all times, using equipment as intended, and tidying up any trash or belongings before leaving. Let’s work together to keep this space clean and enjoyable for all families.
🚗 Street Parking Courtesy
With more visitors and outdoor activities, parking can get tight. Please be mindful not to block driveways, sidewalks, or fire hydrants, and leave enough space for emergency vehicles to pass through safely. When possible, use your driveway or garage to help reduce street congestion.
🎉 Summer Parties & Noise Levels
We love seeing neighbors gather and celebrate! If you’re hosting a get-together, please be considerate of noise levels, especially during late evening hours. Keeping music and conversations at a reasonable level helps ensure everyone can enjoy their home comfortably.
We appreciate your cooperation and community spirit—it’s what makes our neighborhood such a special place to live. Wishing you all a fun, safe, and relaxing summer!

Wasp Season
Check under tables, benches, play equipment. They seem to be building lower to the ground this year.
Please report any active nests to the office. Wasps will not be treated during the week for the next month. The company will need to be called to assist.
Pest control is monthly. Please email pictures with a location.

Amenity Access
If you have never had access, switched phones, or are having other issues with your current access, please submit a request HERE.
Access is being processed at least once a day currently. Look out for an email from ProDataKey within 1 business day of your submission. The link expires in 72-hours.
Access will not be processed unless all required information is received. Read the document carefully.

As a friendly reminder, amenity access is tied to your active lease. Once your lease expires, access will expire as well. If you've recently renewed, please submit your updated terms page so we can ensure everything stays current on our end. Month-to month leases are not permitted.

Anyone under the age of 14 must have a resident over 18 with them at all times.

Landscaping Tips & Tricks
We understand the wet weather has made mowing difficult. However, that has not been the issue with any yard. The issue is weeds. Do not just mow the weeds. Treat or pull them. Ridding your yard of weeds makes yard maintenance significantly easier and cheaper to manage.
| | |
Fence Stain - Approved color is Wood Defender, Color: 200 Series, Semi-Transparent Sierra.
Dead Trees - Must be replaced with the same species, unless otherwise approved.
Trash/Recycling Bins - Store them out of view when it is not trash day. If you have an alley, you may store them on the driveway near the garage door.
| | | This is a handy little tool for pulling weeds. It is only about $5-10 at our local hardware stores. Wet the lawn, gentle press tool vertically next to the weed, loosen the dirt, then you should be able to remove the weed - root and all - by tilting the tool towards the weed. | | SedgeHammer is for nutsedge - a weed you should not pull. The nut stays in the ground and makes this weed spread. This is a selective herbicide, so it won't harm your healthy sod near by. | | |
The Board is aware of the trail extension flooding. They are in contact with the contractor to resolve the issue. Please avoid using the trail if it is covered in flood waters.
