Consider bringing a picnic blanket or lawn chair to sit back and enjoy the live music.

The parking lot will not be blocked off for this event, but please be mindful of the food truck(s) in the lot and kiddos at the event. We want everyone to be safe and have a lot of fun!

The Aggies don't play until 2:30pm and the Horns play at 6pm, so come enjoy the event before the collegiate games! Wear your favorite team's colors/jersey/shirt!

Annual Meeting

Thank you for joining us for the 2025 Annual Meeting!

Information from the meeting has been posted on the website.

Quick recap: The budget was not approved, as we are still waiting on some final numbers for maintenance work to be included. The likelihood of the assessments going from $195 to $210 a quarter is there. A billing statement and notice will be sent in November/December with finalized information.

Please see page 12 of the Master Presentation for step by step instructions to update your autopay for January, 2026. The CCMC Portal also has tutorial videos to assist.

The Declarant continues to heavily subsidize the Association with almost a quarter million dollars each year. The Association is working to wean us off the subsidy so we can stand on our own when the Declarant leaves the project, which should be around 2030-2031.

Hutto Solve-It App

This is a handy little app to report problems.

Street Light Outage

The Association does not own any lights or poles on the streets. Please report outages and damages to Oncor. There are step by step instructions on our FAQ Page.

You can also request additional lighting. One neighbor is working on their area and may have some success. It can't hurt to ask!

The City of Hutto does not directly communicate with neighborhood associations. All information acquired is researched through the city's resources. Please see the common links below if you need more information about the city and their development plan. Unfortunately, the Association and the Developer does not know much about the project on the other side of Ed Schmidt other than it is apartments. That information was found on the Building Permit site.

Streets of Emory Crossing

The streets belong to the city. Please contact the non-emergency number for illegal parking. Street parking is legal unless it is a fire lane.

Blocking sidewalks, driveways, or facing the incorrect direction would be considered non-emergency issues for the police department.

Some residents requested more signage and crosswalks. The Association can request these things, but know that your help may escalate the work being completed. Average time for the Association to get Public Works to add signage has been 3-5 months, assuming it is approved.

Developer Update

In the survey, some asked for more community build updates from the Developer. Here's a quick recap of what is happening!

Phase 1 - Lots to build: 5 single-family homes, 2 condos, 1 townhome building.

Phase 2 - Lots to build: 2 single-family homes, 1 commercial lot. We do not know anything more about the commercial lot and what could go there. It has not sold yet.

Phase 3 - In-progress with single-family homes and condos. Three townhome buildings have been completed. This phase will include a trail extension near the Lift Station.

Phase 4 - In-progress with single-family homes, condos and townhomes. While in Phase 7, the detention pond should be completed during Phase 4's development.

Phase 5-8 are not in production yet. There will be another detention pond developed in Phase 6. There will also be 1-2 pocket parks developed within these phases. Please note the PUD determines what can go into them. The Board and Management are requesting a wider range of children's playscapes.

FM 1660 Entrance has faced delays due to other entities involved in the project. The Developer expects the intersection to be operational by the 2nd Quarter.

As announced in the Annual Meeting, Taylor Morrison will build the community a full size sports court with basketball and pickleball. It will be located behind the pool. Please use caution in or avoid the area as construction will continue through January.
