Assessment Info

At Emory Crossing, assessments are billed quarterly.

Q4 Assessments posted October 1st, 2026

For your convenience, we encourage you to set up auto-pay so you never have to worry about missing a payment date. It's a simple step that offers peace of mind all year long.

Late fees and interest are assessed.

Master Assessments are due by 5pm on the first day of January, April, July, and October.

The Association wants to remind Owners that Assessments are not part of your Escrow or Home Mortgage. The Association is a different entity. Please click the button or link above for more information on how to pay your Assessments, or reach out to the office for assistance.

Get ready for a Saturday filled with fall fun, Halloween thrills, and plenty of treats at Emory Crossing’s Falltober fest! Grab your costume, bring your trick-or-treat bucket, and head over to the Amenity Center for festive family fun.

There’s something for everyone to enjoy, including:

🎃 Trunk or Treat

👻 Costume Contest – Categories include Best Costume – Young Child, Teen, Adult, and Family

🍁 Pumpkin Patch – Grab a pumpkin to decorate at home or to display on your porch (available while supplies last)

😱 Fear Factor Station – Are you brave enough to take on the challenge?

🍬 Sweet Treat Station – Satisfy your sweet tooth with delicious goodies.

🎲 Games – Enjoy a variety of fun games throughout the event.

🍎 Apple Cider & Butter Beer Samplings (non-alcoholic) – Sip, sample, and get into the fall spirit!

Are you interested in hosting a trunk to pass out goodies at our event?

Residents can decorate their vehicle and open their trunk to pass out sweet treats and goodies. Whether you create a spooky scene or a fun engagement, your decorated trunk helps bring the magic of the event to life for the children. We also have spots available to pass out treats in the amenity grounds instead of your trunk if you are interested in that option.

Stage 2 Drought Restrictions

August 19, 2026

NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS: At this time Jonah Water SUD is implementing compulsory Stage 2 water restrictions. We request that all customers comply with the mandatory adjustments outlined at https://jonahwater.com/drought-contingency to reduce ongoing water usage at this time to avoid any further drought contingency actions or interruptions in service.

These compulsory adjustments include reducing landscape irrigation to designated days and times based on address number, washing vehicles except on designated watering days, and reducing recreational water use (yard toys, filling pools etc.).

Please see https://jonahwater.com/drought-contingency for further details.

Community Info

Pool Repairs

The pool repairs are almost complete. After the coping install is done, the mastic will need to cure.

Community Standards

Please address your lawn maintenance, as required by the documents.

Shrubs needs to be pruned to an appropriate shrub height - generally around 2-4'.

Trees need to be pruned up to ADA standards.

Weeds need to be treated or pulled. Mowing weeds make the problem worse.

Properly maintaining your lawn actually creates LESS work in the long run. If you need educational assistance on how to accomplish this, please see our Landscaping page. The city also has a Tool Loan Program. See below.

Annual Meetings

On October 2nd, Owners received an email, if provided, for the Notice of Meeting for October 14th. If an email was not on file, you will receive it in the mail. The notice is also posted on BUURT in our Community Calendar, as well as in the Meeting Documents. If all else fails, it is on the bulletin board by the Association Office.
