Meet the Manager

October 1st, 4-6pm at the Amenity Center.

Come meet your neighbors and community manager for a fun filled afternoon! We have registered with the City of Hutto. This means the Police and Fire Departments should be stopping by to let the kids ask questions and explore.

Along with NNO, we will have a Meet the Manager with your new community manager. She will host the Plant Bar with Sunscape Landscaping Pop in and say hi!

Sunscape is providing popcorn and sodas/water. There will also be some yard games for your enjoyment!

RSVP to let us know you are joining us, as supplies will be while supplies last.

We will close out RSVPs on Monday. We will make sure we have a few extra plants just in case.

Compliance Corner

Emory Crossing's top 3 community standard issues last week were trash cans left in sight after trash day (23), landscaping - weeding (30), and dead trees (3). Compliance drives are performed every two weeks.

Did you know? Portable basket goals are allowed in the neighborhood under certain guidelines. They may not be placed in yards, on sidewalks, on nuisance strips, or in the street. They are only allowed to be visible while being actively used. Please store them out of sight.

Lets pull those weeds in the rocks that are in the nuisance strips or in your flowerbeds. When weeds go to seed, it makes everything much more difficult.

Please help keep our community looking amazing!

Trash days are on Monday & Tuesday.

Please store your cans out of view of streets and alleyways after your area has been serviced. If you were skipped, please contact the office, then contact your refuse company to reschedule.

Need to screen your cans? Submit an Architectural Review Project. See the Design Guidelines on the 10th page of the PDF for more information.

If you have recently received a landscaping violation notice, please take prompt action to address the issue. Once you have resolved the violation, or if you believe the notice was issued in error, kindly contact us at EmoryCrossingHOA@ccmcnet.com to update our records or discuss any concerns.

If you wish to submit the online application, please be sure to upload your plot plan marked to indicate the location(s) of the proposed modification(s). We also recommend attaching further details and photos along with the application.
