The Back to School Health Fair is back! help us to spread the word and find support | |
SVCHC, in collaboration with the Back-to-School Health Fair committee, will be hosting the 7th Annual Back to School Fair on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Altimira Middle School from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. The highlight of this event is the distribution of age/grade backpacks filled with school supplies to local students. Our effort began in 2015 with the distribution of 175 filled backpacks to students in need in our community and, it did not stop during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In 2021 we were able to distribute over 600 backpacks to students in Sonoma Valley. Our goal this year is to provide 750 backpacks. Help us reach this dream by spreading the word and inviting your loved ones to participate!

Thank you for investing in health for Sonoma Valley children, families, and seniors.
Sonoma Valley Community Health Center has been on the front lines providing care to our neighbors since 1992. Low-wage jobs, minimal health benefits, and the high living cost mean too many of our neighbors lack access to affordable health care. We spend approximately $1 million each year on providing care to our patients who are under or uninsured. Thanks to generous, community-minded people like you, we can ensure that all of our neighbors have access to quality care.
Thank you for helping us support our community!
