Community Newsletter - Summer 2019
Message From Our CEO
The past few months at Cornerstone VNA have been very positive despite the dreary weather here in New England. I am very proud of the team at Cornerstone VNA for the amazing work we continue to do and congratulate our team on the Business NH Magazine recognition for Health Care Business of the Year. We are proud to be the leader in home health and Hospice care. We take great value in transforming the home health experience and work diligently to identify opportunities to provide the most advanced care at home as well as programs that promote healthy communities.

Each day I hear amazing stories from staff, patients, families and caregivers how we made a positive impact in their life or one of their loved ones. Each story is special and gives me such pride and determination to continue to lead this amazing organization despite the constant barriers that are placed before us. Our aging population, nursing shortage and inadequate reimbursement is what we are faced with today and into the future, but here at Cornerstone VNA we are doing what we can to keep up to meet the healthcare needs of our community members at home.

Healthcare is in a spin of constant change, but we continue to adapt to these changes in order to sustain our organization. Additionally, in an effort to prepare for the future, we support our staff through professional development and invest in healthcare technology. In doing so, we are able to continue advancing our mission by staying on track with the latest trends in home care and best practices.

Always remember that you have a choice in your home health and hospice provider and Cornerstone VNA is here for you when needed.

Infinite Best Wishes,
Julie Reynolds, RN, MS, CEO
