If you falter on a new intention (resolution) that you have set for yourself for the new year, don’t give up or say to yourself “I’ll start again Monday”.
Instead, let it go and start again the very next day!
Change your perspective, look at your “failure” as a learning experience. "What can I do differently next time?" It can take months to change a habit, be kind to yourself!
