When receiving mail from the Management Company/Association, it is very important to open your mail. These letters contain information regarding your home. When violations are received, it is the homeowners responsibility to maintain their property and make the Management Company aware that the issue has been resolved.

Land Use Classifications, Permitted Uses And Restrictions

Section 12, Subsection S.

Trucks, Trailers, Campers, and Boats

"No motor vehicle classed by manufacturer rating as exceeding 3/4-ton, mobile home, travel trailer, tent trailer, trailer, camper shell, detached camper, boat, boat trailer, or other similar equipment or vehicle may be parked, maintained, constructed, reconstructed or repaired on any lot or parcel or on any street in Copper Creek so as to be visible from neighboring property, the common areas or the streets; provided, however, the provisions of this section shall not apply to pick up trucks of less than 3/4-ton capacity with camper shells and mini-motor homes not exceeding 7 feet in height and 18 feet in length which are parked and are used on a regular and recurring basis for basic transportation."
