We are pleased to share that our efforts toward advancing real-world oncology research continues to progress with our initial clinical investigation study, Prospective Observational Study on Infusion-Related Reactions with Docivyx® or Docetaxel in Participants with Solid Malignancies [Protocol CSNAVX1] sponsored by Avyxa accruing well. As of August 4, 2025, our highest two accrual sites are the Cancer Center of Kansas in Wichita with 8 patients enrolled, followed by Northwest Cancer Centers which has enrolled 6 patients. We thank Cancer Care of Kansas in Wichita and Northwest Cancer Centers for spearheading the way and all 5 practices currently participating in the study. We appreciate your dedication, responsiveness, and collaboration to move this initiative forward and support our commitment to generate impactful, practice changing insights derived directly from the community oncology setting.
We are excited to share that our second clinical investigation study Retrospective Observational Study on HR+ and HER2-Low (IHC 1+ or 2+ with ISH negative) and HER2-Ultralow (IHC0 with membrane staining) Metastatic Breast Cancer [Protocol CSNDSI01] sponsored by DSI is expected to be activated later this month.
