Community Updates

Since the transition from a developer-controlled community, the resident-led Board of Directors has been busy strategically planning for the future and holding monthly meetings to conduct Association business.

In addition to the monthly meetings, the Board has decided to hold a series of events known as Groves 101. This series of events will be educational and cover all things HOA and how they pertain to the governance and management of the Association. Topics to be covered will include...

  • Structure and Governance
  • State Statutes Applicable to Associations
  • Covenant Violations and Enforcement
  • Architectural Review Process
  • Rules, Guidelines, and Policies
  • Financial and Budget Planning
  • Risk Management
  • and more...

Stay tuned to your inboxes for more information on dates, times, and guest speakers!

2nd Quarter Assessment Reminder

The Association Quarterly Assessments are due on the 1st of each January, April, July, and October.

While the quarterly statements include a Late Date, you must allow up to 10 days for your payment to be processed if made online. If any online payment is not made and processed by the Late Date, your account will be assessed late fees.

ASSESSMENT INFORMATION

We understand that, at times, life can be difficult, and events can happen that place financial burdens on families and individuals. Association governing documents allow for payment plans of six or twelve months to get caught up on your assessments. If you have fallen behind in your assessments and would like to request a payment plan, please click the link below. Once the request is received, the management team will be in touch with the next steps.

Community Compliance & Standards

Spring has arrived, and as the weather warms, we will see an uptick in architectural and landscape applications.

Please remember that all modifications to the exterior of your home will require you to submit an application to be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee. While the process is largely the same, we have moved all of our applications to SmartWebs, which brings everything to an online hub and simplifies reviewing and voting for the ARC Committee. Submit your application at the link below.

Should you have any questions about the architectural application process, please contact Zanique Dobbins at zdobbins@ccmcnet.com.
