Board Meeting

The Board of Directors will hold a Board Meeting on Monday, March 24, at 6 PM. This meeting will be held at the Lifestyle Center and also be available via Microsoft Teams.

Community Updates

The Lifestyle Center Reserve Project is complete and we are excited to bring all of the benefits of the renovation to the community.

Since the transition from a developer-controlled community, the resident-led Board of Directors has been busy strategically planning for the future while ensuring the appropriate projects are being completed. These items will be discussed each month at the Board Meetings and include...

• Resident-Driven Vision for the Community
• New Treadmills at the Fitness Center
• Refresh to the Interior of the Fitness Center
• Exterior Updates to the Lifestyle Center and Hearth Areas
• Updated Surveillance Cameras at the Lifestyle Center, Hearth and other Amenities
• Review of all existing Rules, Regs, and Policies
• Landscape Enhancements throughout the Community

2nd Quarter Assessment Reminder

The Association Quarterly Assessments are due on the 1st of each January, April, July, and October.

While the quarterly statements include a Late Date, you must allow up to 10 days for your payment to be processed if made online. If any online payment is not made and processed by the Late Date, your account will be assessed late fees.

Community Compliance & Standards

As the days grow longer and warmer, the landscaping throughout the community will begin to come out of dormancy and require more frequent maintenance. This includes the mowing and weeding of yards, trimming of trees and bushes, and ensuring flowerbeds are clean.

Per community guidelines, the owners of each lot shall have the duty and responsibility to keep their lot and all improvements in good condition and in a well-maintained, safe, clean, and attractive condition at all times.
