On October 28, 2021, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities approved a notice of adoption to amend its existing Community Solar Energy Pilot Program (“Pilot Program”) rules to improve the implementation of and access to the Pilot Program based on lessons learned from Program Year 1.
The adopted rules were published in the New Jersey Register today, December 6, 2021.
