Good Afternoon-

We hope you're having a great start to your week. This email contains some final reminders from the Housing team as you settle into your room and building for the fall.
LAUNDRY ISSUES
Should you have an issue with a washer or dryer in your community, please use your smartphone to scan the QR code that is on each machine. Once scanned, a page will come up where you can submit the issue you are having with the machine to our laundry provider, Caldwell and Gregory. This is the fastest and most efficient way to report an issue with a machine in your community. Should you not be able to scan the QR code, please feel free to notify RL&H of the issue.

You may also submit a work order online at workorders.wfu.edu.

Previously, a communication was sent regarding the fire alarm systems in RL&H communities and how they work. Residents are expected to evacuate the building when the fire alarm is activated and proceed to the appropriate area. The assembly area for your community can be found using this link.
We're glad you're here, and want you to feel comfortable and capable of taking care of your community while living on-campus. As always, if you have any questions give us a call at 336-758-5185 or email us at housing@wfu.edu.
