Worship Online: Sunday @ 9:30 (Modern) & 11:00 am (Traditional)
Worship This Weekend
In light of the growing concern about COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its spread in our community as well as around the world, we will be shifting the way we experience worship with each other this weekend.

Our team has been diligently preparing to offer an online experience of worship on Sunday that will be both meaningful and encouraging for you. We will be offering two different time options, 9:30 am (Modern) and 11:00 am (Traditional). These services will include music, prayers, and preaching. We also will be including a special time for children and families with Elizabeth Jones and Brian Wittstruck and a brief message for youth and families from Rebekah Saveland. Please join us on any of these platforms: YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram. If you need assistance knowing how to get connected, please contact our Communications Director, Bradley Collins.

We will continue following advice and guidelines related to COVID-19 closely in the days ahead. At the present time, Stepping Stones and Crosstrainers will continue following the Alachua County School Board's decisions. We anticipate having no other onsite ministries or activities through the end of March. During this time, we look forward to providing ways for you to connect online in a variety of ways. Why Online?
Every one of us has a role to play right now in preventing the spread of COVID-19. By implementing appropriate personal hygiene practices and participating in social distancing for the time being, persons who are young and/or healthy can help reduce the risk for those who are most vulnerable, including persons over age 60 years and those who have preexisting medical conditions. Here are two great videos: the first is less than two minutes and was created by Dr. Fred Southwick, former Chief of Infectious Diseases at UF and member of Trinity. The second was produced by Science Mike, is just under 18 minutes, and has great information about what we know and what we can do at this time.

As a large church in the community, we bring people from many parts of the community to campus and send people back out into many parts of the community. Moving to online forms of connection at this time is one way we take responsible measures as a community of faith for caring for our neighbors and doing all the good we can.
Help Us Reach 1,000 YouTube Subscribers
Will you help us offer our best in online worship? One of the very best platforms available is live streaming through YouTube's mobile app. In order to be eligible for this, our YouTube channel needs a minimum of 1,000 subscribers. We are currently about halfway there. You can help by subscribing today. Help us get to 1,000 subscribers before this Sunday! Don't wait...do it now. Here's how...
  1. Sign into your Google/YouTube* account.
  2. Go to YouTube.com/TrinityGNV.
  3. Click "Subscribe".
* If you do not already have a Google Account, please set one up here!
Small Groups Meeting Online
We are encouraging Sunday School classes, Bible Studies, and small groups to meet online during this time.

For a group to meet online:
  1. Have the group facilitator or a member willing to be the host set up a "Professional" GoToMeeting account. (Cost is $14 per month billed monthly. If your facilitator and/or group is unable to cover the cost, Trinity will be happy to take care of this.)
  2. Set a meeting time, which can be your group's normal day and time to meet.
  3. Invite the group's members to join the online meeting using a computer or telephone.
  4. Do ministry together online!
For any questions about online discipleship, including how to set up a GoToMeeting experience for your group, please contact Rev. Ben Richards (352-416-3033).
Children & Youth Ministries
Our Worship Online experiences this Sunday Morning will include moments specifically for children and families (by Elizabeth Jones and Brian Wittstruck) and youth and families (by Rebekah Saveland), so come together as a whole family as we worship all together online by the miracle of technology!

Children & Family Ministries will also be sending a lesson for children this weekend, so please be on the lookout for that as well!
Giving
Thank you to everyone who gives generously to support the ongoing ministries of Trinity! As we continue to do ministry together online, please, as you are able, make it a priority to be as generous as possible during this time so that we can continue to be a courageous witness for Christ together. To give, you can:
