Residents are limited to

two bags or cans

of garbage

every-other-week.

Residents may purchase garbage tags for additional bags of garbage over and above the two bag garbage limit.

Request large item pick-up

Submit requests at least two working days before our regular garbage collection day on Mondays to make arrangements.

There is a four item limit for large household item collection per garbage collection.

Bottles, cans, rigid plastic containers, etc. should be put in the blue bins and are picked up weekly.

Blue Bin Information

Paper, cardboard, plastic bags are to be put in the grey bin and will be picked up weekly.

Grey Bin Information

Food scraps, paper plates, towels and napkins as well as yard waste belong in the green bin and are picked up weekly.

Zimmerman Bros. lawn care company has asked if members could please make sure that their cars and golf carts are not in the way when they are mowing on Wednesdays. Please ensure your vehicle/cart/trailer is parked away from the road edge and carts parked off the grass to allow the mowers and trimmers full access.
